Overview: The Personal Responsibility In Delivering Excellence (PRIDE) Program, referred to as “PRIDE” or “Program” throughout the rest of this document, is a service of Leisure Care LLC and its associated enterprises and managed businesses (collectively “Leisure Care”). This Program is intended for all eligible employees of Leisure Care. All users of this web site and associated documents agree that access to and use of the Program and this web site are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, all applicable laws, and any applicable conditions of employment or other employee polices set forth by Leisure Care. Any access to this website is undertaken at the user's own risk. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice.


Eligibility: Eligibility for PRIDE is limited to current Leisure Care employees. Employees who separate (voluntarily or involuntarily) from employment with Leisure Care will forfeit any remaining Points. Eligibility for the PRIDE Program will be determined at Leisure Care’s sole discretion.


Changes and Disputes: Leisure Care reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the Program at any time. Leisure Care reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this Program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards or Points, the terms and conditions of the Program will be resolved by Leisure Care at its sole discretion.  

Participant Enrollment: Each eligible employee will be automatically enrolled in the Program, however, use of the site and/or redemption of awarded points is voluntary.

Redemption and Deduction of Points:

  • Reward Points may only be used to redeem merchandise from the On-Line Catalog. Points are not redeemable for cash.
  • The Reward Points you accrue do not constitute your property. You cannot transfer Reward Points to another participant. Reward Points have no monetary value except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward.

Claiming a Reward:
Leisure Care reserves the right to modify the merchandise available in the PRIDE On-Line Catalog at any time and without notice.
When you have obtained sufficient Points, you may redeem an item(s) from those described in the On-Line Catalog.
Specific merchandise is subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market conditions.


Statements of Leisure Care Reward Points Earned: This web site provides eligible participants with the details of transactions, as well as Leisure Care Reward Point balances.  


Termination of Program: Leisure Care reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time without any prior notice to you. If the Program is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed Reward Points will be forfeited.  


Participant Program Tracking: It is the responsibility of each eligible participant to use their awarded Points to redeem items from the PRIDE On-Line Catalog. Awarded Points can only be redeemed for merchandise presented in the PRIDE On-Line Catalog.  


Promotional Events: From time to time, Leisure Care, at its discretion, may sponsor events intended to promote participation in the Program. These events may be terminated at any time, without cause or warning.  


Taxes: Merchandise redeemed under the Program may be subject to applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. Payment of taxes resulting from these awards is the sole responsibility of the participating employee and not Leisure Care or any of its affiliates or agents. Leisure Care may report earnings under this Program in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.  


Shipping and Handling: Merchandise redeemed under the Program is subject to shipping and handling charges. The shipping and handling charges are included in the Point value associated with each item in the On-Line Catalog and are represented in the overall value of the item.  


Privacy Notice: This web site is housed and operated by Online-Rewards on behalf of Leisure Care. The information collected on this web site will be used by Leisure Care in connection with the PRIDE Program. Online-Rewards and Leisure Care will not provide your information to non-Leisure Care individuals or third-party business partners without first obtaining your approval to do so except as necessary to fulfill the functions of the Program.
